1. Services Provided

Mission Air Conditioning offers HVAC repair, maintenance, installation/replacement, spray foam insulation, and related home comfort services to customers in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Services are provided according to the written estimate, work order, or agreement provided to the customer.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
  • Final pricing may change if unforeseen issues arise during service.
  • Pricing does not include taxes or permit fees unless specified.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time. However, unforeseen delays may occur.
  • Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via approved methods including credit/debit cards and online payments through our secure portal.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

  • We honor manufacturer warranties on products we install, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
  • Labor warranties are provided as specified on your work order or invoice.
  • Warranties may be void if systems are altered or serviced by another provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mission Air Conditioning is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing issues or customer negligence
  • Losses resulting from delays outside of our control
  • Incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law

7. Website Use

  • Content on our website is for informational purposes only.
  • You may not use our site for unlawful purposes or to infringe on our intellectual property.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with the revised effective date.
